Sparky Neon does not guarantee exact color matching. Minor variations in color are considered acceptable and will not be deemed a production defect.

14. Production & Manufacturing

Orders may be manufactured in the UK or internationally. We do not guarantee production location for any specific order.

15. Design Proofing

Sparky Neon does not proofread customer designs. Orders will be produced based on the last approved proof. Customers must review their designs before submission.

16. Response Time

Users must respond to approval requests within three (3) days. If no response is received, Sparky Neon will proceed using its best judgment.

17. Delivery & Delays

Estimated delivery dates are indicative and do not account for public holidays or unforeseen shipping delays. Shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.

18. Refunds & Returns

Sparky Neon offers replacements or refunds for manufacturer defects such as scratches or electrical malfunctions. To request a return:
1. Email recorded unboxing video without any pause, pictures and a description of the defect to contact@sparkyneon.co.uk.
2. If deemed a manufacturing defect, a Return Authorization will be issued.
3. Returns must be requested within 90 days of receipt.
4. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Return shipping costs are covered by Sparky Neon.

19. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by UK law. Users agree that disputes will be resolved through arbitration rather than litigation.

20. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved via confidential binding arbitration. Users waive any right to jury trials or class-action claims. Sparky Neon may seek equitable relief for intellectual property disputes.

21. Notices

Official notices must be sent in writing via email to contact@sparkyneon.co.uk and via post to the company’s registered address.
