Shipping Policy

At SPARKY NEON, we proudly ship our products across the United Kingdom. All applicable taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout. Over 98% of our orders are delivered within 6-9 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery Timeline

Express Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 6-9 business days from the date of purchase.

Manufacturing & Dispatch: Priority orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, while standard orders are dispatched within 3-6 business days.

Transit Time: Approximately 3-6 business days (depending on the size of your neon sign).

At checkout, you may select your preferred options using our custom design tool, and any additional charges will be calculated accordingly.

Note: Additional shipping fees may apply to orders below a certain value or if special shipping requirements are requested.

Delayed Delivery Clause

Once an order is shipped and collected by the courier, any delays caused during transit are beyond our control. In such cases, we will assign a dedicated customer support expert to assist you.

If we meet our manufacturing and dispatch commitments but delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to a refund of the shipping charges.

Exceptions

Orders containing neon signs over 45 inches may experience extended transit times.

Custom designs exceeding 30 characters require an additional 2-3 days of production, which may impact the delivery schedule.

Bulk orders (more than 2 pieces) require additional production time, and standard delivery timelines do not apply.

Seasonal demand, adverse weather conditions, or logistical disruptions may cause slight delays.

If an order is lost, stolen, or misplaced during transit, additional time may be needed for resolution and delivery.

Modifying the Shipping Address

Customers can request an address modification before the order has been shipped. However, we recommend verifying all details at the time of purchase to avoid complications.

Once the shipping label has been generated and the package has been collected by the courier, we cannot modify the shipping address. If a customer requests a change after shipment, SPARKY NEON is not responsible for any resulting delays or complications. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damages During Transit

To ensure a smooth resolution for damage claims, we recommend recording an unboxing video upon delivery.

If your item is damaged during transit, you must report it within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Any damages reported beyond this period will be handled in accordance with our returns and refunds policy.

To file a claim, please email hello@sparkyneon.co.uk with the following:

Clear photos of the damaged sign.

An unboxing video without any pause.

Photos of the damaged outer packaging (all sides).

A clear image of the shipping label.

Failure to provide this evidence within the stated timeframe will void any claims.

Missing or Damaged Items

To facilitate quicker resolution of missing or damaged item claims, we require:

An unboxing video without any pause.

Photos clearly showing the package upon receipt.

Detailed images of any damage or missing items.

If the package appears punctured, dented, or otherwise damaged, we advise capturing images before opening the box. This evidence helps us process claims efficiently with our shipping and insurance partners.

Lost, Stolen & Missing Packages

SPARKY NEON ensures secure delivery by requiring a signature upon receipt. If you opt out of this requirement, we are not liable for lost, missing, or stolen packages that are marked as “delivered” by the courier.

If your package is lost in transit, we will provide a free replacement. If the package is declared missing or damaged, we will replace it at no cost. However, requests for design modifications or shipping address changes may incur additional charges.

Reshipment of Unreceived Packages

If a package is undeliverable after two to three delivery attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. The customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

To avoid delays, we encourage customers to monitor tracking updates and coordinate with the courier for successful delivery. Special delivery instructions can be provided at checkout.

This policy ensures efficiency in our logistics process while maintaining fairness and transparency.
